Stephanie is a fully Certified STOTT* Pilates teacher with 20 years experience as a touring professional dancer and movement teacher. She trained in Ballet under the Royal Academy of Dance in Ottawa and has a background in Jazz and Tap (ADAPT). After a minor injury 15 years ago, Stephanie discovered STOTT* Pilates.

I decided to become a teacher because I’m so passionate about sharing the gifts it has given me. Whether it’s getting that little bit of extra flexibility to bend down for your daily gardening, getting you better aligned so you can enjoy your favorite hike, or preparing you to run your first marathon, Pilates is a gentle conditioning that allows people from all age groups to keep doing the things they love and enjoy the body they live in.”
Private one on one sessions start with a full Postural Analysis and individualized program to follow. Training is taught on the Merrithew V2Max Reformer.
